CrossFit Kids is designed to help all levels of kids get moving, become healthy and love fitness. We work with a range of children, from those looking to get in conditioning for a sport or just looking to be more active. We do this in a fun and relaxed environment!
Kids Program descriptions:
Age range 3-5 years old, Class length 30 min. Price $50 dollars for a 7 week sessions. Meets 1x a week on Thursdays @ 4:00pm - 4:30pm
Children will be exposed to terminology of CrossFit, work on specific points of performance and be introduced to gymnastic movements (tumbling, handstands, pull ups, toes to bar….) while developing the vestibular system daily.
Age range 6-10 years old, Class length 45 min. Price 80 dollars for a 7 week sessions. Meets 1x a week on Thursdays @ 4:30pm - 5:15pm. Children will be focused on points of performance, while increasing intensity and conditioning. All children will gain a working knowledge of Olympic lifts (without barbells being introduced), Gymnastics, and monostructural movements.
Age range 10-16. Class length 60 min., meets 3x week Monday, Wed, and Friday @4:15pm. Price $100 dollars a month. This group is ongoing each month all year long. Class will focus on conditioning, mobility, and strength training. We do have rates for 2x and 1x a week as well, just email us for more information. On going all year long.
Sunday: No classes
Mini Bricks: 4:30- 5:15pm
Teens:: 4:15- 5:15pm
No classes on Saturdays
