Challenge Details

Like last year, this year’s challenge will again be a 2 person team wellness challenge. We will be focusing on the triangle of health, which includes exercise, sleep, and nutrition. It is $20 per person to register and the team with the most points will receive 50/50 from the entry fees, so the more people that sign up, the more money your team can win! Your team score will be calculated from weekly logging of clean eating (max 7 points weekly), 6-8 hrs of sleep per day (max 7 points weekly), class attendance (max 4 points weekly), improvement from the benchmark, and the sum of the benchmark workouts (test and retest). Logging of your teams points will be posted on the whiteboard in the front weekly, so everyone can see how your team is doing and no triib app miscounts. You will sign up individually on triib but then email Gerry your team so he can write it on the whiteboard. There will be one benchmark workout on Feb 18th which will be retested again on March 25th. During the 6 weeks, you will also receive a squat program for extra points throughout the challenge (Max 3 points weekly). The benchmark workout will have squats in it so doing the extra program will help you do better on your benchmark WOD retest. You must stick to Michele’s food list, but you can eat the amounts you would like, so if you count your macros you can still participate. If you do not see your favorite veggie on the list you can Email Michele (MicheleM@crossfitbrickyard.com) and make a request.

Hi Michele, Can I add stevia to my coffee? I cant drink black/milk. Everything else looks good! So excited!!! Thx, Essie:)
