There are a lot of movements to set up for but nothing heavy so stretching time will be short.  Get your heart rates up while setting up all their equipment.  For jumping pull-ups, the bar should be around the wrist when arms are at full extension above head.  This can be scaled by making the box a little higher.  Everyone is at 35# for the kb swing, so if we run out, guys don't hesitate to scale up.
