The intension here is to be used as a benchmark.  That means go as close to RX as possible and break up into small sets if needed.  That might mean a big difference in times and that is ok.  Focus on efficiency with keeping the ball close to the body and not getting to full fatigue.  Most times are under 15 min which is 10 reps/minute.
