9/11 Tribute.

I don't even know where to begin.  This is a tribute WOD for America.  For all those who lost their lives, loved ones, friends…..everybody!!!

Do not show up late to class!!  This is a long workout and will start 10 min into class.

2001 m Row

110 Step ups (Rx 24"/20") (110 stories in each building)

Then 16 rounds (16 years)

9 Burpees 

11 Walking lunges

Optional: Add barbell (75#/45#)
