 Barbell class

CFBY will close directly after barbell class to allow for travel time to South Windsor High School track for the 9:30am "Track WOD"

 20 min warm up on your own.  If you need more time, come early.

(8 Min) Power snatch+snatch balance no dip: 1+1 x 4 sets. 

(15 Min Squat Snatch: wave training: 70%x2, 75%x1, 80%x1, 75%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1, 90%x1

(5 Min) Rest 

(12 Min) Squat Clean and jerk: 60%x1+1, 70%x1+1, 80%x1+1, 85%x1+1×3 sets.
