16.1 

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge (rx 95/65) (Scaled Front rack lunge 45/35)
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge (rx 95/65) (Scaled Front rack lunge 45/35)
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups (Scaled Jumping pull ups)

16.1 is here and it is a long one. If you are planning on doing the WOD during class tomorrow please note this. We will be running each class like 2 30 min classes. We will split the class up into 2 groups. If you need more then 10-15 mins to warm up try to get to class early or you can just stay for the next class, if it is not enough time. We are also offering 2 times on the weekend to do the WOD Saturday from 12:30- 1:30 and Sunday from 10:30-11:30. If you are not registered for the open then just make sure to tell your coach that and you can choose which heat to go in. GOOO BrickYard!!!!
