100 Cal Row (shared) 

30 Snatch (Rx 115#/85#)(L1 95#/65#)(L2 75#/55#)(L3 55#/35#)

80 Cal Row (shared) 

* Both athletes work on the row. Once row is complete, one athlete begins working on barbell, while other athlete starts and completes 20 sit-ups. Once athlete doing sit-ups is done, partners switch and keep doing so until barbell is complete.
