Class Descriptions

 

WOD: “Workout of the Day”- The regular class designed to build all around strength and conditioning.

Foundations: Anybody new to CrossFit must take these classes. 6 total classes over a 2-week period.  A new cycle starts every 2 weeks.

Leggos: CrossFit kids classes (ages 3-5).  Getting kids active and learning some fun movements.

Mini Bricks: CrossFit kids classes (ages 5-12).  Getting kids active and learning some fun movements.

Skill or Olympic: 1 hour devoted to learning 1 or 2 skills in detail.  This class is for any level CrossFitter.

Team WOD: We group you up (2, 3 or 4 people) and you get through the WOD as a team.  This class is for any level CrossFitter.

Endurance WOD: A WOD in a guaranteed longer time domain (20 min +).

Strength for Performance:  1 hour devoted to learning accessory strengthening movements to help performance.  This class is for any level CrossFitter.
