WOD: “Workout of the Day”- A 1 hour class designed to build all around strength and conditioning. This class is lead by an experienced coach who will guide you through a warm-up, demonstration of movements and keep you safe while doing the workout.
Foundations: Anybody new to CrossFit must take these classes. 6 total classes over a 2-week period. A new cycle starts every 2 weeks. These classes have no more than 2 people in them to ensure the attention needed to learn the basics.
Leggos: CrossFit kids classes (ages 3-5). Getting kids active and learning some fun movements.
Mini Bricks: CrossFit kids classes (ages 5-10). Getting kids active and learning some fun movements.
Concrete Bricks: CrossFit Kids classes (10-12) Getting kids active and learning some fun movements.
Fire Bricks: CrossFit Teens classes (13-16).
Skill Class: 1 hour class devoted to improving your skills in 1 or 2 movements. These movements rotate so check the calendar to see what skills are coming up.
Barbell Club: 1 hour devoted to olympic lifting. This class is for any level CrossFitter. We follow http://crossfitweightlifting.com 1 week behind.
Team WOD: We group you up (2, 3 or 4 people) and you get through the WOD as a team. This class is for any level CrossFitter.
Endurance WOD: A WOD in a guaranteed longer time domain (20 min +).
Open Gym: This is time that the gym is open to use for getting extra work done. There will be a coach in the building but not watching your every move. Before starting your extra work, you must talk with the coach to ensure it is something you are at low risk to do without a coach's supervision.
