CrossFit BrickYard is a CrossFit affiliated gym with an emphasis on versatility and the ability to try new sports. Your membership here will give you the availability to try new -- and be trained properly in -- workouts that range from quick olympic lifting moves (cleans, snatches, jerks….) to long endurance workouts and everything in between. This will all be done in our 16,000 sqft brand new fitness facility.
You will also have the opportunity to do activities as a group outside the gym including runs (5k to marathons), CrossFit competitions, sports leagues and many more.
We also offer nutrition/cooking classes that are run by Michele Matyschsyk, Ph.D. She will teach you what different food does to your body and how to make delicious meals that are healthy and taste great.
